I’ve always had pleasant professional interaction with the Northbridge Town hall staff specifically in the tax department. However, as a 30yrs homeowner resident of this town I’ve witnessed lots of improvement within the department including how they communication & treat the tax payer. Minus One star off for the high property & excuse rates.
