Falconi Energy

Falconi services the homes at the boarding school where I work/reside. These folks never disappoint. A gentleman just came out to service my unit for the winter and as expected - friendly, courteous and great at his craft. Even when I stop by the full-service gas station in Southborough, I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Lest you lament that customer service and decent folks have gone by the wayside, I submit Falconi has found the secret recipe with their customer service and staff.

Falconi saved the day! Our old oil company very nearly let our tank run dry (we were on fumes), and even though we weren't yet customers (and it was after hours) their on call man got in touch, spoke to the owner, and got us a delivery first thing the next day before we ran out, and in the middle of a major snow storm/cold snap no less. Great to see a company with such superior customer service! A reminder that working with local regional businesses is best. Thank you Falconi! ..... PS stay away from atlas glen-mor they screwed us and very nearly left my family in the cold.
