(September 2, 2019, 4:22 pm)Basic breakfast place but the prices were decent and the food was very good. I asked for my eggs sunny side but they came to me pretty well done. The waiter agreed and quickly had new ones made. My husband had a breakfast burrito that he enjoyed very much. I would eat here again.

(February 22, 2019, 8:34 am)I'm conflicted as to whether I should tell the world about this place or keep it to myself. Mauro's is the quintessential American diner with newspapers, a fireplace (!!) and a deli. Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. On my visit, the place was busy, but not crowded. Maybe 10 or 12 well-spaced tables and a nice, long counter. The staff were all genuinely super-friendly. And fast. Oh, and the food? Unreal. It's tough to get worked up about breakfast, but I just had the best in years. The prices are more than fair for the quality and portions.
