Ted Evangelous and his team did an excellent job. He has a hardworking crew and his right hand man Wallace was always there to answer my questions while the job was going on when I would go around the house periodically to see the progress. He uses top quality materials.
He is not a pushy salesman. He gives you detailed information on what he will do and what needs to be done. Answered all my question with patience.
We replaced our roof, connected our bathroom vents to the roof and got rid of the leaking pan vents. We had a lot of rotten fascia board behind the gutter which where rotten and we got it replaced them during this job. He even worked with Gutter boys to line them up to finish the gutter work right after the roof. He personally came at the end of the job to make sure the yard was clean and magnetically swept the perimeter of the house for nails.
Teddy was on time & did a great job! I couldn't believe how fast he did my roof & it was like he wasn't even there CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
Evangelous Roofing was excellent. The pricing was very competitive, they arrived on time, completed the project perfectly and cleaned up everything after. No detail was overlooked. Would definitely recommend and use again.
When we needed a new roof, we went and had at least 12 different estimates before going with Ted. He had a precise plan, and let us know exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. Fantastic service, and in the TWO years since we had the work done, we have had ZERO issues. Highly recommend them
