Recently I changed pellet brands, and Kevin recommended a great clean burning pellet (Matra) that was the best pellet I've burned ever in our FPInsert. Always helpful deliveries in our garage right where I need them for the heating season.

(March 6, 2019, 11:41 am)I've never had a bad experience with Pellets Direct. I showed up with a difficult too load vehicle. The pallet I purchased was just a bit too wide and wouldn't load. Kevin recommended a different brand of Pellets that stacks tighter on a pallet. He got me loaded and I was on my way. I didn't receive any kind of or even a hint of an attitude for the extra running around he had too do too make it happen for me. Kevin and Tammy are very friendly and run a great business. Reading some of the negative reviews leads me too believe that there is more too those stories.
