I've been working here on and off as an agency nurse for about a year now. I travel all across the state, from Tipton to Springfield, and this place is in my top 3 favorite Nursing & Rehab facilities in MA. It's located in a nice area and staffed with very caring employees. It's almost like a family type atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you enter, there's a warmth here. The staff are caring and attentive, the nurses, therapists and aides I've worked with are kind, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic! the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping are very kind, hard working and accommodating! Management, front desk, and office employees are great too!
I almost never write reviews, especially for places I work. But these guys deserve it!
Our father (James Edwards) arrived at Cedarwood Gardens on 1/20/23. He was there for 2 weeks for a bad infection in his elbow. I would like to extend our gratitude to the staff for their exceptional care for our father's medical needs. Most especially our appreciate to Tiffany & Amanda for their compassion, kindness, caring & how empathetic they were in helping our father back to recovery.
