(April 30, 2014, 1:12 pm)I met with four credit unions in order to decide where and with who I felt most comfortable with doing a business transaction, all things considered including diversity. As a professional person of diversity I was looking for an organization with the mindset that understands and values the business of people of diversity. St. Mary's is well represented by Mrs. Malikkah Gamble.
It is with pleasure that I write this review highly recommending St. Mary's Credit Union branch in Westborough and their Financial Center Manager, Mrs. Malikkah Gamble. Mrs. Gamble was very precised, clear expectations set, excellent and prompt communication, unbelievable customer support. Truly and amazing process with on time email updates which was heavenly given that I work far away from the St. Mary's Westborough.
The Branch itself is a very customer friendly facility, very modern and soothing environment and with great technological and customer friendly features.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.

St Mary's credit union sucks, so not use them at all. Last month (January) they took two payments from my bank account so I called and they said "well all we can do is make it so you don't pay till March now because we took an extra payment" so I counted it as a loss for that month.
