“I just read the comment about the front desk employee and I completely disagree. She is always friendly and goes out of her way to be nice even when people act like entitled brats. The gym always opens on time and since she has been opening, there hasn’t been a single time that members were waiting outside, sometimes for a half hour, waiting for someone to come with a key.
