The dance routines are choreographed to the songs, and the sets they are in change each class. It's always fresh and never boring. Classes are an hour: typically 45 minutes of aerobics and the last 15 mins focus on arms, abs, legs. It's a full body workout every time you go! The community of people are regulars because once you get into it, it's too much fun to stop doing. A very supportive group. The instructors are fantastic. Every single time I go, I am glad I did.
