My first labor was long and difficult related to malpositioned baby head which caused a lot of back labor. My doula recommended Dr. Brooke and she is certified in "Webster Technique" which is specialized care for moms and babies. I had two consults and one adjustment with her and so far, I am very happy I found her! She is very through, very wellness focused, incorporates diet teaching as well and really goes above and beyond to make an individualized plan of care. I've been to many chiropractors before for back/neck injuries related to my job as a nurse and never have I had such a individualized care plan. I'm hopeful for an easier labor this time, but even if not, I know her adjustments will make a big difference with my comfort this pregnancy as I get farther along (I'm 30 weeks now).
