“My Aunt stayed here and she loved it. There's not much you can do about being in the last months of your life. She was 92 so when people speak of a depressing atmosphere, what are you gonna do? Being in any one of these places is depressing. But the staff really really cared. They loved her and she loved them. The financing was made easy as the lead finance person really knew what she was doing. It is way out in the boonies but this was a very nice facility with great great people. They make an otherwise very difficult part of life bearable and enjoyable. The staff treats patients and visitors alike with kindness and respect. These were very very nice people and I feel it was one of if not the best care centers available for my aunt Mildred. I've seen many nursing homes over the years (as well as independent living facilities which are much better than nursing homes but at some point you need more extensive care) and Camillus stands out as the best available in my experience.”
