“This place is amazing for pellet delivery and pellet stove maintenance. In the past we would get our yearly cleaning by a place in Ashland. The pellet stove just never worked quite right. It did the job but it was not easy to get it lit. This year we had Royal Fireside do the yearly cleaning and it lights perfectly EVERY time. It's been years since it's done that. We use to order our pellets from a place in Uxbridge. The first few years they had the pellets we wanted and customer service was excellent. The past few years pellets were unavailable so we were stuck with ashy, crappy pellet. Royal Fireside always has the pellets we want, we are able to get a hold of them when we need them, and they deliver when they say they're going to. Royal Fireside is definitely my number one from now on. P.S. Our stove use to be so loud. After Royal Fireside cleaned it, it's been so quiet. Just perfect all around.”

“I am so glad I did not allow the recent negative reviews to hinder me from visiting today. I happened to see the sign from the road and it caught my interest. I was not sure what to expect so I googled the shop and was impressed that every negative review had a heartfelt response from the owner addressing concerns and providing solutions. This won me over and I went in to the Barn. And let me just say I was blessed!! Found some very resonably priced clothes and a carpet runner as well as a set of hot rollers that when asked to reduce the price because it was missing the hair pins, they readily discounted the item. Both employees I encountered were delightful and most helpful. When I told the cashier that the reviews online were surprisingly negative, I told her I would be sure to leave a great review as I felt the experience was worth noting! I live in CT and will most definitely make a trip back to visit the other 2 floors of merchandise that I did not have time to enjoy.”
