“Have been buying my family some bikes over the last year or so and every time we go in the service is amazing. They have a great customer service team willing to help and answer all your questions. They help you determine which bike is right for you. Their turnaround time for repair or maintenance is so quick. I met Tim today and he was super friendly and helpful but I haven’t met anyone there that wasn’t.”

“Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Brought my Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt right in and swapped out a sheered derailor cable and ferrel. Pleasant and polite, soo much better than some of the other shops that make you wait and over charge. Highly recommended.”

“We were in need of a kayak today. I pushed the button for help and a store associate named Anna swiftly came in and helped us out. She was a beast! She got that 45 pound kayak and escorted us to the front of the store no problem. So very helpful and asked if we had any further questions. She then helped us get it into our truck and all together we had a great experience with her. She deserves a raise. Keep up the great work Anna!”

“I am so pleased with the experience I had! Renting initially was super easy and fun, later I decided that I wanted one. Connor was a dream to work with and I love that he will come out in person with several models to try. Wish buying a car was this easy and low stress! He also provided a free 1year warranty on parts and labor. If you want to get an E-bike in eastern Mass you’ve got to consider Connor”

“The guys at Woody’s are top notch. They really take care of their customers even when inventory is low they do everything they can to get you on the right bike. They go above and beyond with support as well, both talking you through adjustments on the phone and doing quick fixes at the shop ASAP. I’ve bought my last two bikes from Woody’s and I don’t see myself buying another bike from anywhere else in the future.”

“I purchased a bike for my wife from here a few weeks ago. Ordered via the website, collected the bike from the store after receiving an email that the order was ready for pickup. Easy. Decided to purchase a bike from here for my son. Ordered via the website, received a cancellation email the next day because the bike was not in stock. A refund was promptly issued. Fair enough. I called the shop shortly after receiving the cancellation email to find out why no one reached out prior to cancelling my order to find a replacement, I mean, you already have my money. Seems like the logical thing to do. The gentleman helping me was as surprised as I was, and suggested that I reply to the cancellation email, which I did, to no avail. From the FAQ section of the website: Q: Is availability on your website accurate? A: Most of the time. However, due to increased demand, many bikes and products are selling quickly and may be unavailable when an order is processed. We understand this is frustrating and we are working on solving these issues to better serve you. Please do not call or email to ask if a bike or product is in stock. Your best option is to place an order as soon as you can. If you place an order and the bike or product you ordered is unavailable, we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable replacement if possible. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, and bicycle demand is skyrocketing, but that is hardly an acceptable reason for shoddy customer service. An email or call detailing my potential options should have been initiated prior to the cancellation of my order. I find it rather hard to believe that there were zero replacement options available at a shop of your size. If nothing else, this was a perfect opportunity to upsell me into something better. Trust me. I get it. Everyone wants a bike. Not necessarily a terrible problem to have if you're a bike shop. If the demand for such is so high that you cannot properly serve your customers, you may want to think about expanding your team. Customer service is the lifeblood of any retail business. UPDATE: In response to my email, Tom from Wheelworks contacted me via telephone with a potential option which unfortunately was not a good fit for my son. A day later he called me back with another option which was a perfect fit. The bike was ready in a couple of days, and my son couldn't be happier. While we got off to a rocky start, Tom's persistence and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right earned our business. Since, I have had another bicycle serviced there and am very happy with the results.”

“Massive, clean, organized, and a well stocked store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Fun clearance section is always cool to look through. Located in a strip mall near a DSW, Best-Buy, and close to the Marlboro Mall. I love their rewards programs and this store is a must visit.”

“These guys saved the day, I would give six stars if I could! My friends and I were riding from Boston to Provincetown on Labor Day weekend and hit a flat tire about a mile from the shop. Folks in the town called the shop to report we were stranded on the road and a nice lady picked up our bike to be fixed at the shop. We headed on our way and the bike hit a flat again about a mile later! Nate from the shop came out in his truck with some much needed roadside assistance and fixed the bike up again. He (and Serious Cycles) saved the day and we ended up making the full 120mi ride before sundown. Cannot thank you all enough!”

“I went in to buy pepper spray at Dick's sporting goods at the galleria mall and I was very satisfied with the people who came to help me. Cody helped me find the pepper spray I needed to block a huge dog that tried to attack me and my medium sized border collie dog the other day. He better not try THAT again!! I also looked in the foot wear section with the help of Joe. Kathy was very pleasant to send me in the direction I needed to go and then later to check me out. It was a nice quiet time of browsing for me after a busy day! Thank you.”

“I love that it’s a generational family owned business. They truly care about making sure you get the bike for you. They’re passionate about life on two wheels, it’s not just about profits. The barn was the final touch that made me wanna buy my bike here. Thank you! I can’t wait until I’m able to get my next road bike. I’ll definitely be purchasing it from Frank’s.”

“Need home repairs on your stationary bike as well? Look no further than CK Bikes. When our dated stationary bike gave out due to a broken chain and worn sprocket, Craig was able to search and find the proprietary parts specific to the equipment that we had and had it back online and good as new. No excuses for me to not train in the winter! Craig exemplifies excellent service, quality and attention to detail.”

“A fantastic bike shop with outstanding customer service! I’ve been a regular with several bike shops around the country. The folks at Riverside (sales and service) always exceed my expectations. I’ve witnessed Phil, Ryan and Scott consistently deliver grins and happy smiles to riders even on a busy Saturday when the shop is swamped. This spans everything from quickly fixing a flat or adjustment of a seat on a family bike to tuning high end bikes to deliver a better, smoother and optimized ride. Sales is awesome too. It’s never just a transaction; Tom & Ryan are the real deal. They ride consistently; ride what they sell; and make sure you are delighted with your purchase. This applies to everything small (buying a water bottle cage or lights to make commuting safer) to large (demoing multiple bikes to make sure you find the ride that you love vs the ride you just like). Their group rides are outstanding too. If you are looking for a wonderful shop, stop in and introduce yourself. Shops with people this good are far and few between, I highly recommend Riverside.”

“It is a great store for a person serious about a sport and is willing to pay more than other stores not totally geared for sporting goods. I was in need on waterPROOF jackets/boots and I don't think they have any. When something is waterproof it will clearly state it. I still found a few things that I wanted as gifts. Its a great store, and you can find some good bargains Its a quality store.!”
