“I usually hate going to the dentist, but recently I have had wonderful experiences with dental hygienists, especially Tara! I find a lot of hygienists can spend the whole time lecturing you about flossing, but that was not the case with Tara! She was very personable and made the experience go by so quickly. She was gentle and complimented me about my teeth! It was a relief having her and I left there feeling wonderful AND not nervous to go back for my regular cleaning in 6 months! They also have made some great changes with communications and reminders. I get text messages the week of my appointment and the day before. This is so helpful, especially being a busy mom of two! I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs! 😊”

“I was an adult patient of Dr. Santoro. It takes a lot of planning and considerations to approach an adult orthodontic treatment. Dr. Santoro discussed my treatment with my regular dentist in order to get the best results. Dr Santoro's professional knowledge, expertise and compassion made the entire 25 months process go smooth and worry free. The results are excellent. Scheduling of the appointments was very easy. “Everyone was nice and professional, office is well decorated. The only thing is that I wish there was a sign outside the building that indicates the dentist office is in the same building as the bank. I spent some time walking around the building to check, not sure if I wasn’t lost. I was certain that I had the right address on the gps (605 Broadway, Saugus MA), the building had the 605 on it but could only read EASTERN BANK. Until I went inside the building and see the board listing all the businesses, it was just a bank to me. Even on the board, I couldn’t find Boston North Dental Associates easily. That would be my only recommendation and why I didn’t give 5 ⭐️. If the associates can address that it would be very helpful for new comers. Besides that, for my first visit I had an extensive cleaning, x-rays done for a full diagnosis, and a plan to address them as soon as possible. I was also quickly referred to another specialist for a biopsy for a few stuff on my tongue just to be sure. I love the doctor’s proactivity. Would definitely recommend their service!!”
