Jeff did a fantastic job explaining and instructing us in car seat installation and safety, and gave us a few tips and tricks to keep in mind. He took almost an hour with us- from verifying our car seat and base had no known recalls to having us practice proper installation techniques. When I had emailed Monday evening to verify that they would be available for inspections during their published Tuesday night hours of 7 to 9 p.m. Chief Lay responded so quickly - I heard back from him in under an hour! He also came out to greet us this evening , which was very nice. I would highly recommend getting your car seat inspected here.”
