Every class is truly an experience. My favorite is hot yoga. They have overhead heaters, the room is dimly lit, the music is perfectly calming, and the end of class getting a cold lavender towel is THE best. The instructors are friendly and healing. I recommend this to anyone looking to try yoga or barre.”

“My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function. I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Also: 1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time. When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.) 2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes. This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work. I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”
