“A very kind and helpful employee named Iris went above and beyond for me tonight. My whole week was stressful and challengi g. My remote key fob on my car needed a new battery. It stopped working when I had come out of a grocery store earlier in the evening. I Could not even get into my car and had to figure that one out.Then I proceeded to try three or four stores and almost gave up until I went into Walgreens. By then I was tired and stressed. Thankfully, They had what I wanted. Iris was kind, helpful and so gracious and offered to help me put the new battery in the car remote. She made my night! Thank you!!!”

My son had a deep cavity and the first practice (we were referred to) told me that he needed a crown and suggested general anesthesia because of his fear of the dentist. We took him to Chestnut and they said a filling (no need for crown as it hadn’t hit the root yet) and to try with laughing gas first. They were able to get us in quick and he was able to have it all done with just laughing gas. Super impressed and thankful for that second option I got. Highly recommend.”

“Having been to ER toooo many times before for various family members, this was clearly the best, most patient, most communicative ER doctor I’ve dealt with. As the night wore on, you could see that even the nursing staff had a good -no, great- relationship with him, joking and laughing with him. After sticking dad 1000 times, they could not a good enough vein for IV so they decided to use an ultrasound machine to guide the need. Dr Crespo patiently explained to me and 4 nursing staff and interns what we were seeing on the ultrasound (which vessel was winking vs beating, needle depth etc.), answered “dumb” questions etc. kinda like a mini lecture.”

Was referred out to a great surgeon and had my teeth taken out that week. Dr.E is kind and informative and does not judge just wants to help and keep your teeth as healthy as possible. The other dentists techs or assistants (not sure what to call them) are amazing, tell you what they are doing every step of the way and make the visit very comfortable. Office is insanely clean. Everyone is masked up, even the receptionists (which is amazing because people seem to think Covid isn’t real anymore) I have been back once since my surgery for a cleaning and now getting a filling in a few weeks. Very much looking forward to my appointments because I know I will be treated with respect and kindness. Would give them 10 stars if I could.”
