“Dr. Siraco has been my primary care doctor for many years. She's always no nonsense, and always very pleasant. She stays up on my health and seems to know what I need. She's always willing to listen to me go on and on about aches and pains... Recently I had a piece from a hearing aide stuck in my ear (seriously, who does this?) and she was able to move it around using a water jet to get it into place so she could reach it with tweezers. She succeeded where the ER at the hospital failed. Way to go Dr. S., thinking outside the box (or outside the ear canal anyway).”

“As far as prisons go, I really have no complaints about the procedures or how I'm treated as a family member. All the staff related to visiting have always been very courteous, helpful, and nice to me. The way the visiting room is set up you're actually allowed to sit next to your loved one as opposed to being set up at tables and having to sit across from each other with no contact. Visits can get very crowded, and they do put into place a first in first out policy if the visiting room is full and there are visitors waiting to see their loved ones. So be prepared for that if it happens. It's nothing personal, it's just their way of trying to be fair and letting whoever has visitors be able to see their visitors. As far as treatment of inmates go, like I told my loved one if he's respectful to them they most likely will be respectful to him. Every once in a while you're going to have a mean officer or you're going to have someone having a bad day or you're going to have someone having things going on at home that don't know how to leave their home problems at home and not bring them to work. I told him to be extra patient with officers and staff who come across as mean because there's probably something else going on in their lives. I told him instead of reacting to them to just pray for them instead. And that strategy has been working very well for him in not having any conflicts with correctional officers or administrative staff.”

“That place is heaven on earth , and it deserves a 5 stars . If someone write a bad review I think it’s an hater . My 17 years old daughter RAG was recently at this place and I can tell you that place make a huge impact on her . It’s a fancy place in a quiet area . I don’t mind the place is far from where I live which is Brockton but this place has a staff who deserve 10 stars instead of 5 . These people are super nice , they really sympathetic and patient with everyone. Darlene , Colleen, Nance are my favorites but I could say all the names if I could remember them all . From the front desk to the inside of the facility everything is an A+ . Thank you for everything you have done for my daughter and myself . She said she learned a lot of new things she didn’t know before . She even kept her bracelet to remind her of the place . She becomes a leader now instead of being a follower she always been. She is like a new Colleen in the house with us . May God continue to bless this place and the person who took the initiative to create a place like this one . We need more of this place in this country.”

“I got sent to high point after being thrown into a mental state of mind from a crazy stalker since 09 I am beyond surprised at how caring most of the staff are however I don’t like the over night staff with how distruptive they are at night opening our doors really loud and having full blown conversations while we’re trying to sleep the over night and am nurses are rude and nasty but I just can’t say enough about the pm staff no back round at all don’t get paid enough but have so much patience with us kudos to whoever hired the pm staff so gentle with us and warm and friendly I just left yesterday they didn’t pressure me to take medication I feel so much better I left with anxiety medication and I will be doing outside patient in another hospital I also found some of the group therapy very helpful”
