He drove off to get the needed parts and worked late Friday pm to get heat back in our house. He knows his stuff and got the job done quickly. They arrived on time both days, were extremely friendly, respectful, and thoughtful throughout their time here, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to contribute to installation decisions as they arose. They scheduled a large crew to speed up the installation and make sure it was done in two days as promised. I was very impressed with the number of skilled technicians that contributed, especially as compared to a previous company who did similar work many years ago and sent a single person to do the entire job. I was also very impressed with the crew's knowledge about building codes and regulations that affected the installation. It was clear that they are well trained and experienced. I would not hesitate to work with Papalia again.”
