“A wonderful experience. Went out and had a reservation for 6:45, we were promptly seated with phenomenal service. Ordered the spaghetti suupli as an appetizer it was flavorful and delicious. The bread and oil were also very fresh. Ordered pizzas for entree and those were exceptionally good as well. The crust was nice and soft. The service was spectacular as well as the food. Definitely recommend this place for good Italian food.”

This includes the Director, Kristen Haire, Assistant Directors Noah and Miriam, front-office professionals, Gilda, Sable, and Mia who are all hands-on along with the pleasant care staff who is kind to my mother and keeps her engaged with organized, fun, and healthy activities, such as exercise, painting, games, and music. When I first met with, the Managing Director, Emily Nardiello, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Emily is a true professional and seasoned nurse director along with her staff of nurses. She’s attentive and an excellent communicator and listener. My mother’s resident on-boarding process was seamless, and Emily and her administrative staff were instrumental in welcoming my mother while we moved her into the Neville community. Neville Place has many beautiful outdoor spaces for my mother and the other residents to enjoy, such as a patio area, an extensive lush garden with benches, a rooftop sitting area, and a walking path in a tree-lined field. My mother is mobile, but she is dependent on a walker. Her memory loss requires ongoing reassurance and redirection throughout the day, and she is cared for by this amazing team of care professionals. When I visit my mother, she and I can enjoy our time together -- and when I leave the visit, I know that she is well cared for, and I am at ease for her and for me.”
