From the finishing touches to the pleasant disposition of the staff, nothing was overlooked in ensuring that a high standard of care was delivered. It was noticeably clean and did NOT smell of urine! The residents present were well cared for as evidenced by their groomed appearance. The rooms were tidy and possesed matching furniture which was new and classy. Its location is somewhat unfamiliar, yet close to the more familiar places like Stevensville, Benton Harbor and Berrien Springs and is a definite must see for those interested in individualized professional quality care for their loved one in an atmosphere that's welcoming and homy. It is several cuts above the rest!”

“The people at Hickory Creek couldn’t be nicer. We went on a winery tour for my bachelorette party in September. There was a glitch with the planning of the winery bus tour and the first winery wasn’t ready for our large group. We ended up going to Hickory Creek. They didn’t realize a group of over 20 would be coming. They were so accommodating!!! We had a picnic set up outside and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Hickory Creek for being so kind and accommodating. I didn’t even realize there was a glitch until after so thank you. We will be back in a couple weeks. Can’t wait!”

“It's a smaller store, but they have always had everything I needed. The employees help quickly, and the prices are reasonable. They also have an equipment rental store right next door. You can walk back and forth between the stores without going outside. It's easy to see, right at the corner of Cleveland and Shawnee roads. Opens daily at 8:00, and closes at varying times daily between 4:00 and 6:00. Closed Sundays.”
