  An honest and trustworthy realtor that gets quick results!
  
  The short version:
  Paul Dumke; is a seasoned professional; is intimate with the area home market; gets quick results; and, perhaps most importantly, is honest and trustworthy.
  
  The slightly longer version:
  After my father passed, his home suddenly became the property of me and my three siblings. Needless to say, four people selling a home creates some complications. That's when Paul Dumke came to the rescue.
  
  Although I live in Texas, my siblings all live in the Buchanan/Baroda area. When we discussed who we should have represent us as a realtor, they immediately chose Paul; they've all known him for years and told me of his stellar reputation. They weren't wrong.
  
  Step one in the sale: Paul looked over the property. He told me what needed to be addressed for the home to meet FHA and VA home loan standards, then he created a short list of changes he would recommend to help the home sell more quickly. Since I don't live in the area, Paul told me where I could buy the items I needed (ground fault isolating outlets, paint, light fixtures, etc.), which brand to buy for the best price, and even what isle to find them in at the store.
  
  Step two: I did what Paul recommended.
  
  Step three: Paul came by, looked over the house, took the listing photos, and posted the listing the next day.
  
  Two hours after Paul posted the listing, the house was sold.
  
  That's worth repeating: Two hours after the listing went up, Paul sold the house. It wasn't that we posted it below market value - my siblings and I all researched the market before determining the price - rather, it was Paul's knowledge of the market and the guidance he provided that made the sale so quick and painless.
  
  It's important to mention that, throughout the entire process, I felt confident that Paul was working purely in the best interest of me and my family. His honesty and integrity are beyond reproach, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of a seasoned and highly professional realtor.

  I've been working with Paul for a number of years both with my families property business and for my personal house buying search. The whole reason you contact a realtor is to make the process of buying or selling a home as painless as possible. As someone with a fairly complicated situation, Paul managed to make it painless no matter how frustrated I was with the process, always finding solutions and offering advise whenever I needed it.

  Knowledgeable, Honest, and Hardworking. Those are just a few of the things I can say about Paul. My wife and I purchased some investment property and Paul guided and protected us through the difficult journey of buying our first 2 pieces of investment property. Will absolutely use and recommend Paul again.

  Paul is an excellent realtor to work with. We used him for both buying a new home and selling our home. He listened and understood what it was we were looking for in a home and knew which homes were not a good match for us. He made the process very smooth and was extremely helpful throughout.
