  I have a cashmere trench coat that I’ve owned for 15yrs. This was one of the last items I purchased with my late mother, so I planned on keeping forever. However, the interior lining was extremely worn and in desperate need of repair.
  
  Karen highlighted some of her work and I knew she was the right person for this special project. She was timely, efficient, cost effective, and thoughtful. I was impressed when I received a text message asking if I had a preference which side I wanted my interior pocket. Plus, all the tags/labels were sewn back in their proper places. That’s the attention you don’t find easily.
  
  The coat is better now than when I purchased it, with a much higher quality lining.

  Karen is incredible!! She covered our cornice boards for our living room and we love them!! Highly recommend!

  Karen did a beautiful job altering my stepdaughter’s dress for our wedding day. Then, on the big day itself, my son’s pants came from the tux rental place 5 inches too long. Karen saved the day by getting us in immediately to hem his pants and everyone looked wonderful in time for the ceremony! She’s a definite pro and cares about her customers too.
