  Took some Midcentury Marble lamps to look for shades. I explained my idea. Steve the owner, went to the back room and appeared with the EXACT shade!! Only had one. So hes going to order me a pair of shades. Stay tuned for the pic of the completed unicycle of 60 y.o. lamps. Steve is a lamp expert. He loves repairing, updating and he has allot of new beauties for sale and lots of shades. Bring your lamp into the shop!!

  Owner of the shop was very customer focused and intuitive to my needs. He was able to determine exactly what part I was looking for. I would highly recommend!

  After a frustrating search for smaller scale lamps to replace my lovely but outdated bright brass Stiffel lamps, I stopped by the Village Lamp Shoppe, and got the advice I needed: refinish the lamps and get new shades. Steve Bergman did a terrific job, and located the correct shades to make the lamps usable in my new home. While in the store, I found a floor lamp as well. I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to take all the lamps home, along with a selection of shades to try out over several days so I could see how the lamps looked in the day and night. The inventory is eclectic and service is terrific - thorough knowledge, high craftsmanship, funny and amiable personalities.
