“Yoga Life is amazing! The instructors are thoroughly trained in the eight limb practice and work their knowledge and teachings into every class, going above and beyond to provide an experience that is so much more than just "going through the motions." The studio itself is well-thought-out and visitors feel an immediate calm upon entering the vast lobby area with light music, essential oil diffusers, plenty of seating, and even a small shop providing equipment, merchandise, drinks, and reading to help deepen your practice. Both studios are large enough to hold many people (30ish?), but small enough that you'll feel the special attention that the instructors respectfully offer to all students during their classes. All equipment is provided if you don't bring your own and it is very clean and well taken care of. The changing rooms are clean as well and amenities include lockers, bathrooms, mirrors, showers, and places for jackets and shoes. The meditation and private practice room is calming and cozy. Meditation classes are an amazing bonus to becoming a member of Yoga Life! Finally, the community. Yoga Life offers FREE classes to high school students and free teacher-in-training classes once a week open to everyone. There are also many discounted classes and specials throughout the year, as well as the offer that got me in the door: $25 unlimited yoga for two weeks for brand new students! Yoga Life offers so many different classes with so many different benefits...they really will show you why Yoga is right for every BODY!”
