I was able to walk-in and start up a new account with very quick service. Everyone was polite and super helpful. This first impression has definitely helped me be comfortable and at ease for the next time I need to come in.

I went in to the Brooklyn branch to apply for a car loan for the first time and Tiffany Marr helped me! She explained the process to me, was able to get me a first time buyer loan, and was even able to give me a lower interest rate! I wasn’t left questioning anything and the whole process went very smooth!

Have been pleased with this branch. Friendly staff and always ready to help with my needs. Love that there in the store so I can bank and shop in one place.
