Walked in and asked for help. Olivia walked me through, advised me, and made my first time at Ulta Beauty a painless process. She knew what she was doing.

Had my haircut at the Adrian location with Lyss and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! Highly recommend her… it was like catching up with an old friend that asked if I wanted a haircut! Loved her and I’m so I love with my curls! You’re the best!! Becky, thank you so much for the makeup tips! You were great!!

I was helped by a woman named Pheobe who works there in Adrian! She was absolutely amazing and helped me get my Christmas cologne for my boyfriend. She was so sweet and kind. She even gave me some very helpful life advice while telling me the benefits of getting the Ulta credit card. I am so grateful for her!

I have officially clocked out from my last day as an employee of nearly 3 years just today, so I can finally leave my own review! As someone who has spent years with the ladies working at your Adrian Ulta, let me just tell you that each and every single one of them start and end each shift putting the customer first. I have never had the pleasure of working somewhere where the managers and employees all care so deeply about you. And that's just it, they are one big family.

So. Rest assured that when you walk into our store, you are family. Leave your anxieties behind. They got you as soon as you step foot into their store. Need help finding your foundation shade? A gift for your special someone? Someone to just listen? They have your back and will do anything in their power to make sure you're taken care of. I can promise you that.
