I love this company. I adopted an account for an iron remover when I bought my home about 6-7 years ago and any time I’ve ever called them they have been nothing but pleasant. Recently after the power outages, my iron remover’s regeneration was off and it regenerated in the middle of the day. I had no idea what was going on, only that my white comforter was orange and my hair smelled like straight iron!! I called over the weekend and asked for help. I got a call back the next morning from, I think his name was Quinten(sorry if that’s wrong!) and he came out that day!!! He explained everything that had happened in detail and fixed a small leak at his visit. I was so impressed at how knowledgeable, kind and well spoken he was on the voicemail he left (I kept missing his calls!) that I just had to come leave a review. Thank you so much!!

These folks are the real deal. They are honest and customer service oriented. They listened as I described the problem with my well, iron remover and water softener system. Then they advised how to do a more complete water test and I am now awaiting the results of the state test. I will then go back and discuss my options. They eased my anxiety over my issue and I look forward to working with them on the next stage of my system solution fix.

I've had excellent service. Competitive pricing, and didn't try to oversell me anything. They were honest about the system I needed. Talked me out of getting equipment I didn't need, even though it meant less profit.
