Mission fitness has an amazing staff! They are super supportive and stay in touch to make sure I continue to meet my goals. The programs they create for me set expectations that are challenging, yet obtainable. The staff is always friendly and supportive, and do an amazing job coaching me through my workouts. I really enjoy small group workouts that cater to my specific goals, but also love the challenge of working the circuits in the large group sessions. Signing up for sessions is simple, and helps hold me accountable for showing up each time. I would highly recommend Mission Fitness to people of all ages!
Everything about Mission Fitness is amazing. All the coaches are supportive and friendly. The workouts are tailored to me as an individual. The atmosphere is fun and everyone has an amazing amount of energy that is contagious. You can tell they all love what they do and they truly want you to succeed with your health goals 🥰

I have been working with Eric and his dedicated crew at Mission for more than three years now. I started out wanting to increase my flexibility and gain a bit of strength hoping to help my golf game, and never having belonged to a "gym" before, I really didn't know what to expect. Well, three years later and nearly 400 workouts later, I cannot even think of not exercising several days a week. During the pandemic, Eric quickly set up home workouts via Zoom and I haven't missed a beat. I have increased my flexibility and thanks in part to improvements in golf technology, I can still hit a golf ball nearly as far as I could 30 years ago. In the process I've lost some weight and gained a considerable amount of muscle...something I didn't think was possible at my age. Working directly with a trainer has been one of the best decisions I've made in years. My wife joined with me several months after I first started and she has seen similar results...although as a non-golfer, she's not interested at all in improving her golf game. Just better health. Eric and the coaches at Mission are very supportive in helping you achieve whatever goals you set out for yourself. I highly recommend the team at Mission Fitness.
