(February 2, 2019, 2:03 pm)I’m unsure how some of these poorer ratings concern this business. There’s a hookup fee and mileage fee for every tow. Your personal funds aren’t their business, and I’m sure these guys have seen it all.
I was in an accident and almost didn’t want to call this company for the reviews. But I’m glad I did! The gentleman was funny, good to work with, and I knew where I wanted him to take my car so there wasn’t another fee, which is customary in this business, by the way. After being so shaken up, he made this experience a less unpleasant one. This is my story and I’m sticking to it!
PS Took about 15-20 min to get to me TOPS! Considering where I was at, I’d say he definitely had the engine ready, waiting for a call! Very little wait!
