(June 14, 2023, 9:59 am)The customer service here is amazing. I had several questions while installing my pond and they were always able to answer my questions and were so pleasant to work with. I have had some issues with the pond lights. The lights are under warranty and the exchange process was very smooth. I love my filters and pumps, very high quality.

(May 17, 2023, 8:03 pm)I have been working with The Pond Guy for a few years and they are extremely helpful. I recently purchased a new filter for our 18 year old small koi pond/water garden. To be honest, the new filter has presented a few challenges; we had to put in all new tubing, I switched pumps and this is a new system to learn as it uses BioBall filter media. Having some frustrations with the new filter I left a review of the product on their site, hoping others who use the system might reach out with advice. Instead, it was The Pond Guy that reached out. They listened to my challenges and concerns, walked me thru some tasks and provided helpful feedback and solutions thru phone calls and emails. I worked very closely with Kate from the Tech department, she is a wealth of knowledge and very patient! I have asked them if they would consider opening a location in Las Vegas, maybe one day!

One of their consultants sent me a step-by-step set of instructions for taking care of our pond from spring to fall. I use their products religiously and always go to them with any new questions! Thanks for making my pond management so easy!
