(February 14, 2022, 4:34 am)I've been a driver for this company for over 2 years now. The pay is great, good benefits and dispatchers are very friendly and helpful! The only reason I didn't give this company a 5 star is because since I'm not on a dedicated route, I never know what I'm doing or where I'm going until the day before....sometimes I even find out just 12 hours before! Other than that, I'm very happy to be employed with Day & Ross at the Armada Michigan yard!
