ABC Warehouse

I was in need of a washer and dryer after a flood in my basement. I went to another store and my experience there was horrible. I decided to go to ABC Warehouse (thinking I would be disappointed). We had previously talked to Matthew Earehart over the phone prior to going to the store. Matthew was AWESOME, he went above and beyond to ease my fears and anxiety. After we took delivery of our appliance there was an issue and Matthew called and assured us he would take care of everything. I'm upset thinking here we go again and Matthew called and said your replacement will be there the next day. I couldn't thank him enough!!! Matthew you are super AWESOME!!!!

I went to ABC to look for a washer and dryer. I already knew the model numbers for both that I wanted anyway the ones I wanted were special order and could be a few weeks before I would receive them. My salesman Matt gave me the upgraded model that was in stock for the same price. WOW! Truly nobody beats their prices. Matt was great not a pushy salesman.

Matthew was awesome! Went to the Warren, MI, location to get a new gas stove/dryer and we got great deals and even better customer service! He was so helpful and not to mention made the experience quick and timely! Highly recommend this place!
