Eric went above and beyond in helping me find a house. I was in a bit of a rush, due to my apartment lease ending. Eric reassured me that I would find a place and close before my move out date. He stuck to his word and now I’m living in a beautiful, updated house, that completely checked off every box I asked for, and then some!
He was very prompt in returning messages and answered every question I had to the best of his ability. If and when I move again, I’ll be sure to go through Eric and will always suggest his business to friends/family! 10/10 would recommend for your house selling and buying needs!

I'm not the kind of person who likes to deal with a lot of details or a lot of paperwork, so selling a house as part of my mother's estate was a very daunting task. I couldn't have been happier with how well the Rasmussen team represented me. I live out of state, but that didn't matter because they took care of all the details. I never had to come back to Michigan, even when the house sold, which was extremely quickly. They got a great offer and the entire process was pretty much painless. At least as painless as selling a house can be. I would highly recommend them.
