Covid-conscious location. Very few people in the office at a given time, lots of space to social-distance. Most of the crew is very friendly. I walked in, made an appointment 40min out, got in to do my business, and left in less than an hour.

This branch is the best. We had a boat that was documented with the Coast Guard and titled with the state of Michigan. They were able to help us through the process to get everything right and get the boat registered after other branches could not help us! Excellent customer service!!

Staff was very courteous. You get an appointment within 90 min if you don't already have one. You are in there for about 15-20 min when your appt comes up. Seems much LESS STRESSFUL than before when you had to pick a number. I love the changes.
