I had contacted another repair shop who said they would do the work but once they saw the small insurance check they stopped returning my calls. I received Brandon's number from the Jim Riehl dealerships. I called on a Monday morning, left a message. I received a call back within a few minutes. I was able to drop my car off that evening and I picked it up Thursday evening. The repair is perfect! Brandon returned everyone of my text messages and made me feel like my little insurance check was just as important as his next paying customer. I am very happy! Thank you again!!
