I had my dog frozen back in 2017 because she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, coordinated with Andy through the whole process, he helped a lot!

Just be aware payment will likely need to be made upfront in full, which I did. Understandable as its a big commitment for them for each pet or person that comes through.

Asked if I could have a tour of the facility the day before the procedure was to be done, and saw the whole place and had a lot of the technical details told to me, satisfied with what I learned :)

I'm glad I got my dog frozen rather than being put in the dirt; this way there is at-least a small chance as oppose to a zero chance I get to be with her again.
