Vev and all of her employees are super friendly and very professional. They make visiting an enjoyable experience and have a very comfortable waiting room should there be a wait with treats and beverages. I have never had an issue with the agency and highly recommend it. I especially like that they have a notary on site if you need one.

I have been a customer of the Vev Tripp agency for years. Vev and her amazing staff are there for you and only you. When you have an issue with insurance or any kind of business you may have, you can call them knowing that your questions and concerns will be answered and taking care of in the utmost urgency.

The other thing I think that people love about this agency is that, they didn’t push things down your throat. If your there for life insurance, that’s what your there for. If your there for insurance, that’s what your there for. They do not in any way make you feel bombarded.

They treat you as family. They will drop whatever they are doing for u. They are not like the other guys who just want your money and say good bye. Vev and her staff will treat you like family

I have been with this agency for a very long time. I've received nothing less than A-1 service. They treat you like your family not just another number. The office is warm, inviting with your snack bag and message chairs to make your short wait enjoyable. I've stayed with them for as long as I have because of their customer service (that means a lot to me). Lois and Coleen are my 2 Queens. They ask about you, your family, job...life! Hoping they can make something better for you with their wisdom and knowledge. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I could not ask for a better group of professional people. The whole staff is awesome! They care! :-)
