Carlo's Pizza

Reply to owner - It was Friday March 3. I hate to criticize and I realize it was really busy and the phone was constantly ringing. One of the young men seemed overwhelmed. He went back and forth from the phone to the oven to moving the food already out of the oven around. My order was already out of the oven when I walked in and I waited about 15 minutes. I love the everything bread but it was super spicy with some sort of pepper.

They were short staffed and Very Busy. Normally excellent service and great food. Everything Bread was extremely spicy. Pizza and bread was warm. It sat outside the oven for about 10 or more minutes before it was put in boxes. . One of the employees appeared to be new.

Awesome pizza every time. My wife and I try to go Fridays for lunch and head to metro park to eat.
Also,
Carlos was the last pizza my mother in law had before she passed, she said it was the best pizza she ever had. She's been gone for 3 years now (dementia sucks) and we remember her when we get our "Friday date pie" and drive to the park.

Our first time having Carlos Pizza. I got a hot Italian sub, antipasto salad, Carlos bread sticks, and pizza. It all way really good! The Carlos bread sticks were 10/10! So yummy!
I wanted to write a review because it was so good. I would recommend to a friend.

Carlo's is a chain pizza shop with two stores in Harrison Township. We mostly order steak and cheese subs and they're pretty good. The service is friendly and reasonably quick.
