SVS Vision Optical Centers

I will continue to give this establishment a 5 star rating because they have an excellent and friendly staff. With that said, I find that their policy of new frames (they say that they are free) every time you need new lenses is an expensive luxury no one can afford! My frames were 1.5 years old and can't be reused? $557.00 for new frame with lenses? WRONG! The next day my frames were refitted with identical poly lenses for $212.00 at another eyeglass establishment! That's a $345.00 savings! I can have another pair of frames fitted and still not spend $557.00! It's time that SVS Vision rethink their policy!

Great staff ! For those on the fence about going for a eye exam, STOP HERE! (Diamond in the rough)Rich checked me in. he was very nice and helpful. took 5 minutes! Dr. Nahal was very knowledgeable and professional. they dont pressure you at all to buy glasses! They let you pick and help you. Thank you Rusty for helping me pick out my frames ! She was very helpful! Very refreshing customer service. was in and out in less than a hour!

Dr Kyle Campion is a great asset. Had and eye exam with Dr campion he was very professional and personable, explains in detail the entire exam. Good Job with this one.

The staff here is so kind, pleasant, and attentive. I actually look forward to my appointments and pickups for my glasses because everyone is so nice and genuine. I always can find exactly what I’m looking for in glasses while receiving the best customer service!

Was treated with kindness before I even made it to the office. Was greeted quickly when I came in door. They valued my time and were very quick, on time and answered all of my questions. They let me know which glasses were covered under my insurance. Picking out a frame was easy I can’t wait to get my glasses in the next week! Thank you SVS vision!
Update: got my glasses and I absolutely love them! Great customer service!
