    I had a very comfortable and helpful experience at this podiatric office. Lynne, the medical assistant, is always so very kind and efficient with her duties. And, Dr. West is professional and adept at any procedure he has to do on my feet and toes. This office is a reliable component of my healthcare team.

    I am greeted promptly, and my apointment has always been on time or even a little early. The staff is very friendly and my Dr has a great bedside manner. He has provided me with good advice and options for treatment when needed.

    Dr West is great! He is always on time and explains everything! The office staff at the Tilch office are wonderful as well!
