Sargent Appliance

Five giant stars to Jake and Celeste. Neither of them were our sales person and still went out of their way with their time to help us acquire the rest of our appliances. Sadly they won’t receive any commissions on our order. I hope they both can at least get a congratulations and a “good job” from management! They made us very happy and put our stress level back to zero. Thanks guys! It’s beyond appreciated!

We went here today for the first time. Jeff was wonderful. We had a lot of questions about kitchen appliances and he was able to answer them all. We had been trying to find more rare items and he was knowledgeable about them also. We are just starting to look, but we will probably be back to purchase several items. Thank you for a great experience!

My sales guy Joe was really helpful and nice, he had great customer service skills. The appliances were delivered super quickly (1 week exactly) and the delivery guys were nice as well. My only issues are that I thought I was getting a set of stainless appliances, but they seem to be slightly different colors of stainless which I didn’t notice until they were all installed and I saw the dishwasher next to the oven and they don’t match. Also the fridge has tiny scratches on it (quite a few) and I’m pretty bummed about that. I still think Sargent is a great place to buy appliances over all and I would still recommend them!
