Amazing customer service -
The customer service via email and phone communications was excellent. The responses were quick and my questions were all answered. The expertise of Brian enabled me to determine my actual needs and the products necessary to order. The parts arrived within a week of placing the order and were well packed. Very satisfied with the Sunfish replacement parts I ordered. I will definitely do business with this company in the future, if needed.
I ordered a new sail, it arrived in a timely manner and was of better quality the the original equipment.
I had the same issue with the sail rings that another person has complained about and talked with them about them. They are in fact aware of an issue with these. They gave me the entire story that they buy these direct from a supplier and the supplier has argued with them that they do not see fault in the sail rings even though they have had numerous complaints. So their supplier is not willing to do anything for them. Their resolution to the problem is actually astounding. They have gone out and are having their own rings made so they can monitor the quality of the product them self. They then went on to tell me that any customer who purchased sail rings from them this year will be getting sent a new replacement set at no cost to them. The fact that they are willing to do this speaks volume to the type of business this is. They did tell me that the new rings will not be complete until the end of November but I can tell you the way they handled this I will be sure to buy all my Sunfish parts from them from now on.
