(July 25, 2016, 7:44 pm)I have had to come in a few times due to a defective phone (that was still under warranty) Rich, the manager, has been amazing! He even let me come in 10 min before the store opened because he was already there one day. He and John were both extremely helpful & got me back up and running. I wish cricket customer service on the phone was as helpfu as this store! Thanks guys!
