The fellow I dealt with was Sam Mensor. Sam was great at keeping me up-to-date as to the status of my truck as it was being shipped to his dealership and going through inspections and all that. I never felt uninformed or misinformed. There were some challenges in the arrangement I'd made for the transport company that was going to deliver the truck from the dealership to me, but Sam stayed on top of it, and kept everything moving. No complaints! 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10.

My service advisor (Catrina) was excellent! She got me in and out quickly. She also informed me that i had a recall and she would order the recalled part. i didn't even know i had a recall. She texted me the next day to let me know that the parts were in and to schedule an appointment to get the repairs. Cat is the best!!

Mark Herren was an amazing sales guy!! My friend got a jeep and he didn't push her into it he was gentle and wonderful. He took his time to answer all of are questions. 100% honest if u go there for a used car please ask for him and u will see how great he is.

Had to replace driver side mirror on my truck. Took truck in they replaced the mirror in 20 minutes, very professional, great customer service. Would recommend to all for any repairs. Great job to the team at Huvaere body shop.
