(June 19, 2021, 10:24 am)Had a package delivered last night, I broke my key off in the mailbox, I went and told the post office and less than an hour later they came and opened the box, I have my package now, great customer service!

(January 21, 2019, 2:20 pm)Had to renew passport with old expired one in hand went in with no appointment at 2:00 pm on a Friday. The woman at the counter was exceptional. Even with the busy counter she was able to juggle it! Then another worker returned from break to take care of a 2 pm appointment passport for a family of 4. I was photographed and finished paper work returning to line and was out the door by 2:25 pm. Would drive the extra miles for the polite exceptional service. Thank you Richmond post office ladies. You rock.
