The team are always very responsive, with answers immediately or after checking with my Doctor, the portal is very convenient, with immediate response as far same day appointments, refill or questions about results, better than calling and waiting on hold for a lengthy time, or being routed to a voice mail to leave a message

I love the personnel at Schoenherr Family Practice. They are always warm and courteous. I recently used the Virtual Visit option for the first time and it worked great. My doctor was able to physically observe my area of concern and prescribe something during the call.

They’re extremely efficient while taking the time to listen to individual concerns. I never dealt with long waits and I always had adequate time with the nurse and physician. They were able to take over a prescription, order specific blood tests, diagnose a genetic condition, and send medical records electronically. I would absolutely recommend them.

Went in for a Covid test for travel purposes. It was a quick easy visit. Everyone was helpful & pleasant.
