I really enjoy my workouts at the Exercise Coach. The studio is a perfect size and not overwhelming at all. I used to dread going to a gym where I wouldn’t get individualized attention to make sure I was using the equipment correctly and with the proper form which is so vital. Workouts would seem so long and weren’t always easy to get in. At the Exercise Coach, the workouts are done in just 20 minutes 2 times a week using their specialized resistance based equipment. Henry & Nicholas are amazing coaches & make it so fun! It’s worth every penny for the attention you get & the time you save. For 2 free sessions to try it out you can’t lose!

The visit was personable, unique and delightful. I learned a lot in my 1st visit about my body weaknesses and strengths while sample training on their high tech exercising machines and their purpose of functions. After a few minutes of exercising--Wow you can feel the workouts immensely and I Recommend The Exercise Coach to all visitors who possess muscle weakness and want to strengthen them. Great Place!
