  I’ve been a member at this location since they opened. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dave and Nancy are amazing class instructors! High energy, encouraging, attentive to members, and they give challenging and highly effective workouts—as evidenced by their well-attended classes—always a full house but so worth it! My only recommendation would be to have them teach more classes—your members will thank you.

  Anthony the GM is the best and will help out with anything you need!
  Marvin gives the best La Fitness member ship deals I’ve been going to him for years! Definitely ask for him!
