Great dealership it was clean, updated and everyone was friendly! Tonya Murray was by far the best client advisor we have worked with. She was friendly, kind, efficient and made the entire process an easy and positive experience. She listened to everything we said and gave us all our options without making it difficult or confusing. Tonya really knows what she’s doing and because of that she sold me and my brother (in one visit) both on our BMW’s. So happy to be part of the BMW family!
Just recently purchased a new BMW 430ix convertible from this dealership with the help of Tonya Murray. It was ordered during the pandemic so I had about 4 months of waiting for the car to be built and shipped. Tonya made the experience so easy and reassuring. She continued to keep me updated during the process and kept me well informed about any delays that occurred. She never tried to up-sell me. She was very thorough and very quick to respond to any of my questions. I actually never even met her until I picked up the car and she was so kind and knowledgeable about the car. She even followed up with me after I took the car home to ensure that I had a good experience and that the car was everything that I had expected. The car itself is amazing. My first time ever driving a BMW and I love it. It drives so smooth and has great features on it. So far my experience has truly been a positive one and I would recommend this dealership and Tonya Murray to anyone.
If you're like me, taking your car into service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix.
Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home.
Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service!
